About Us
About Wild Side Walks
Wild Side Walks is a premier countryside dog walking service based in Glasgow, specifically serving the areas of Bearsden, Milngavie, Craigton, Mugdock, Strathblane, and Blanefield. Founded by Jacqui Mackenzie in 2009, the business was inspired by the high energy levels of her own Hungarian Vizslas. We are a “different breed” of dog walking company, striving to provide an open, transparent, and quality service for our canine clients and their owners.
The “Wild Side” Experience
Our walks are designed to be more than just a quick stroll; they are off-road adventures in the beautiful West Coast of Scotland.
-
Social Environment: Walks are geared toward creating a social space where dogs can interact and make new friends in a well-balanced, friendly pack.
-
Countryside Routes: We explore ancient moorland pathways, forest tracks, and hilly trails, including favorites like the West Highland Way, Mugdock, and The Whangie.
-
Safety First: Our favorite spots are always away from traffic and livestock, ensuring dogs can run, jump, and play safely in a natural environment.
-
Tired & Happy Pups: After a minimum 5km countryside trek, your dog will return home content, sleepy, and with clean, wiped paws.
Our Services
