2. User Types

  • Service Providers: May register an account to post or claim listings.
  • General Users: May browse listings freely, and leave reviews if registered.

3. Listings

  • Listings are subject to moderation before appearing on the Website.
  • Service providers may claim existing listings to manage or update them.
  • We reserve the right to approve, reject, edit, or remove any listing at our sole discretion.

4. Premium Listings

  • Service providers may opt for a Premium Listing at £2/month.
  • Premium status includes enhanced visibility or placement, but no guarantee of results.
  • Subscriptions are recurring monthly and can be cancelled at any time.
  • No refunds are issued for partial months.

5. Accounts

  • You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • We may suspend or delete accounts that breach these Terms or post misleading/inappropriate content.

6. Reviews

  • Only registered users may leave reviews.
  • Reviews are subject to moderation.
  • We reserve the right to edit or remove reviews that are offensive, defamatory, spammy, or unrelated.

7. User Conduct

Users agree not to:

  • Post false or misleading information.
  • Impersonate others or misrepresent affiliation.
